Raymond
S. Evans, Chairman
Mr.
Evans is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State
of New York. He received his JD from New York Law School
where he was an Editor of the Law Review, and an LLB from
the Baruch School of the City University of New York where
he studied accounting and business. For 30 years Ray was
a partner at Ruskin Moscou Evans & Faltischek, PC -
a 65 attorney law firm in New York where he specialized
in
mergers and acquisitions and capital formation and counseling
emerging companies. Prior to that Mr. Evans was president
of a small public company in the education and training
business. For nine years before that he was a partner at
Javits & Javits, a New York City law firm. Mr. Evans
also practiced accounting for three years and has been
a writer, lecturer and served on numerous boards of directors.
Jeff
Bauman, President
After
graduating Pace College with a BBA in 1969, Mr. Bauman
joined a family business and became third generation to
ultimately take a leadership position. For twenty-five
years he continued in the office products related field
as a senior executive and retired from the business in
1994. Jeff was an executive in the copier business with
Danka Office Solutions. In 2000, Mr. Bauman started a consulting
business assisting clients with ‘go to market’ strategies
on various business initiatives. He served on several boards
of companies and was the founder of eleven business development
networks.
Bob
Farina, Executive Vice President
Mr.
Farina is the founder and President of RAF & Associates,
Inc., a sales and marketing consulting company. Before launching
RAF in 2005, Mr. Farina joined Hart Systems, Inc in April
1994 as Vice President of Sales and was appointed President
and COO in March 2000. Bob has made hundreds of face-to-face
sales presentations to VP and C-level executives in Fortune
1000 companies. Prior to joining Hart Systems, Bob enjoyed
a 30-year successful career with Bloomingdale’s Department
Stores in New York. He held vice-president positions in distribution,
store operations, customer service and security. Mr. Farina
began his career with Price Waterhouse & Co. and is a
graduate of St. John’s University in Jamaica, New York.
Angela
L. Ciccotti, Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President
Ms.
Ciccotti has 30 years of broad senior leadership experience
including domestic and international experience with Clear
Channel Communications and Time Warner Inc. divisions. Ms.
Ciccotti has significant experience in senior management,
marketing and business development for both product and service
companies within large established and mid-size companies,
start-ups and turnarounds. Ms. Ciccotti was formerly the Chief
Marketing Officer for a top $1 billion real estate company.
Prior to that, Angela was the head of business development
for a $1 billion division of the NYSE global advertising and
media company, Clear Channel Communications. Ms. Ciccotti
has held key leadership positions in several entrepreneurial
ventures and has grown up working and being involved in a
family business. Ms. Ciccotti earned her master's degree in
business administration from George Washington University
in Washington, DC., and has a New York State Real Estate Brokers
License.
Theodore
M. Shlisky, Vice President Technology
Mr.
Shlisky is a professional engineer licensed to practice
in New York State. He received his BSME from the City College
of New York and his Masters in Mechanical Engineering and
Applied Mechanics from UCONN. Ted began his career working
on nuclear submarine power plant design at General Dynamics
Electric Boat and left that company after seven years to
become Executive Vice President for Scientific Industries,
a medical device manufacturing company. Nine years later,
Mr. Shlisky formed Pharmetics Inc., a manufacturer of CGMP
pharmaceutical sterilizers. He guided the company through
its formative years, eventually taking it public and merging
it with a company in a sister industry. Mr. Shlisky holds
many patents and has written exclusively for trade magazines.
He is also currently the President of Elan Vital Consultants.
